The USCG Auxiliary will be teaching the
GPS For Mariners Class at SPYC April 27, 2023, 9AM to 5 PM.

Please being $25 cash fee for USCG Aux to cover lectures, practice and materials.

We will also be ordering sandwiches from Julies Deli, which will be available for purchase at the bar.

Course Overview
GPS for Mariners

The U. S. Coast Guard Auxiliary's GPS for Mariners (GPSFM) course focuses on the GPS equipment typically owned by the recreational boater. While the presentation allows boaters to bring and use their already-owned hand-held GPS units to class, it will also teach those who do not own their own hand-held GPS unit to learn how to use one.
