Attention All PICYA Member Clubs
It’s Time for Another FUN Weekend
at Petaluma Yacht Club
Here’s How It Works:
Book Your “ALOHA” pass by Advance Reservations and Pre-Payment Only!
? $70 Adventure Pass - includes everything on the Event Schedule
? $25 for kids under 13 yrs old.
$35 a night docking fee paid on site.
? Event is limited to 150 pre-paid reservations ....so, RSVP early!
? Cruise Chairs: send one check for your entire group. Deadline to receive check is Friday, May 20th!
Here’s What You Get:
Friday 5/26 - Bar opens at 3 pm
5 p.m. “Cocktail Contest” on the dock. (See Separate Flyer))
4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.*Potluck Appetizers!! Please bring appetizers to share
to the Clubhouse. PYC will also provide appetizers.
6:30 p.m. Commodore: Prize given for Best Cocktail Entry!! (inside Club)
Saturday 5/27 -Bar Opened 8:00am-Closing
9-11 a.m - . Continental Breakfast
3:00 p.m – Ukelele Music
5:00pm -Hawaiian Entertainment, Cocktail hour and Raffle Basket’s opened
5:30pm-Costume Contest
6:00-7:00pm-Hawaiian BBQ dinner
7:30-Raffle Basket drawing, Costume Contest winners (best gal, guy and group), Commodore
recognition, Commodore Presentation for Petaluma Navy
Sunday 5/28- -Bar Opened 8:00am-Closing
9:00-10:00am-Continental Breakfast provided
10:00am-Flag Ceremony by the Coast Guard
11:00-1:30pm-Games in the parking lot
1:30pm-Winner’s announced
Monday 5/29 -Club opens at 8 a.m., Bar open 9-Noon
Name Tags/Wrist Bands Must Be Worn to be Served at the Bar
Free Parking (even overnight) in garage across from yacht club
Check in Desk:
? Pick up Wrist Bands/Stamps - Located Just Inside the Club
o 3 -8 p.m. Friday
o 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday
