Appetizers at 6 PM
Mango lassi
Chilled mango-yogurt drink.
Roasted chickpea chana chaat
Crispy roasted chickpeas tossed with red onion, cucumber, tomato, cilantro, mint, lemon/lime, cumin, and chaat masala.
Served with:
- Tamarind chutney — sweet-sour, mild
- Mild mint-cilantro chutney — fresh and herby
- Hot mint-cilantro chutney — spicy option for people who want heat
Main Meal at 7 PM
Saag paneer
Creamy spinach curry with paneer, garlic, ginger, onion, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and a mild spice profile.
Red lentil dal
Comforting masoor dal with red lentils, tomato, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and cilantro. Mild, rich, and buffet-friendly.
Basmati rice
Lightly seasoned with salt, bay leaf, and optional cardamom/ghee.
Tandoori chicken kebabs
Grilled chicken thigh kebabs marinated in yogurt, lemon, garlic, ginger, cumin, garam masala, turmeric, paprika, and mild chili.
Cucumber raita
Yogurt with cucumber, cumin, mint/cilantro, salt, and lemon. Cooling side for the spice-sensitive crowd.
Lemon/lime wedges
For finishing plates.
Dessert:
Mango kulfi-style ice cream
Mango ice cream served with optional toppings:
- Crushed pistachios
- Toasted coconut
- Cardamom
- Optional honey or saffron-style drizzle
