Monthly Dinner - Treats of Northern Brazil Hosted by Rafael with Chef Bianca

Appetizers at 6 PM
pastel (Brazilian style empanadas)

Main Meal at 7 PM
Salad
Shrimp Bobó (Brazilian shrimp stew made with cassava roots)
Brazilian style White rice
Farofa (toasted yucca flour made with palm oil) with Vinagrete (tomato and onions salsa)

Dessert
Passion fruit mousse

A vegetarian option will be available for those that indicate a vegetarian meal is wanted when registering.
