Main Meal at 7 PM
Winter greens & radish salad with citrus dressing
Roast pork with red wine pan gravy
Parchment baked Salmon with mustard lemon dill sauce
Roasted potatoes & carrots
Chili garlic green beans
Dessert
Apple crisp with bourbon vanilla Chantilly.
A vegetarian option of "Marinated baked tofu" will be available for those that indicate a vegetarian meal is wanted when registering.
