Monthly Dinner - Annual Meeting BOD Elections

In person voting from 5PM to 7PM
Enjoy a meal while attending the Annual Meeting.
The Cooke family will be creating a Cajun Dinner to celebrate the BOD Elections and the Annual Meeting.
Appetizers at 6 PM
Annual Meeting at 7 PM
Members do not need to register for dinner to attend the meeting
Main course at 7:30 PM
Salad, Shrimp boil, Asian noodles
Dessert- Key Lime Pie
(Chicken skewers for those with a shellfish allergy, Indicate food type during registration).
$25 members. Member's guests $30
$5 Late registration fee after end of business Wednesday October14, 2024

Remember Annual Meeting at 7 PM
Note the initial step for registration for an event has changed. Please login then scroll down towards the bottom of this page. In the 'Number of People Who Will Attend' section select the number and then click on the 'Register Now' button. The rest of the steps should be the same as before.
Note windows will be open to ensure good air circulation.
